About Muganga SACCO

Muganga SACCO is a Savings and Credit Cooperative established in 2022 to provide financial services to healthcare professionals and affiliated stakeholders in Rwanda. The SACCO was created to enhance the financial stability, motivation, and retention of health sector personnel through structured savings mobilization and access to affordable credit. It is duly registered with the Rwanda Cooperative Agency (RCA) and operates in compliance with applicable laws and regulations under the supervisory oversight of the National Bank of Rwanda (BNR).

Invitation to Tender

Muganga SACCO invites sealed competitive quotations for the supply of office stationery and cleaning materials from experienced and registered companies in Rwanda.

Tender Documentation

Qualified bidders may obtain detailed tender documents, including terms and conditions, from the Muganga SACCO Head Office located at:

Silverback Mall, 1st Floor
Kicukiro, near Sonatube Roundabout
KK 15 Road, Kigali

Documents will be available on any working day starting from 13 March 2026 upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 10,000 Rwandan Francs (RWF) to Muganga SACCO's account at BPR.

Submission Requirements

• Submit bids in two copies: one marked "ORIGINAL" and one marked "COPY"
• Label the outer envelope clearly: "TENDER FOR THE SUPPLY OF OFFICE STATIONERY AND CLEANING MATERIALS FOR MUGANGA SACCO"
• Address bids to: Managing Director, Muganga SACCO, 1st Floor of Silverback Mall, Kicukiro – Sonatube, KK 15 Road
• Submit in sealed envelopes no later than 3 April 2026 at 10:00 a.m. local time
• Late submissions will not be considered

Bid Opening

The public opening of bids will take place on 3 April 2026 at 10:30 a.m. local time in the Muganga SACCO conference room.
