About RwandAir Catering Ltd

RwandAir Catering Ltd is a fast-growing inflight catering company in Rwanda that has been providing catering services to airlines, private jets, and charters since August 2014. As part of our expansion plans, we are seeking qualified service providers to support our operations.

Scope of Work

We invite qualified bids from eligible bidders specialized in the provision of service and maintenance for:

• Hot kitchen equipment
• Cold kitchen equipment
• Dishwashing machines
• Supply of related spare parts

Eligibility Requirements

• All companies and enterprises meeting our quality and food safety requirements are welcome to participate
• Participation is open on equal conditions to all eligible bidders

Tender Document Acquisition

The tender document is available at RwandAir Catering Ltd Head Office during working hours (8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday). A non-refundable fee of 10,000 Rwandan Francs or its equivalent in freely convertible currency is required upon presentation of proof of payment.

Submission Requirements

• Submit well-printed bids, properly bound and presented in two copies (one original)
• Place in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the tender reference number
• Submit by courier or hand delivery to the reception
