Scope of Services

Bidding Document

The bidding document is prepared in English and may be obtained from the Head Office of Gabiro Agribusiness Hub Ltd during official working hours on any working day. A non-refundable fee of Ten Thousand Rwandan Francs (RWF 10,000) is required upon presentation of proof of payment.

Submission Requirements

• Bids must be well-printed, properly bound, and presented in two copies (one original)
• Submissions must be in sealed envelopes clearly marked "Technical Bid" and "Financial Bid"
• Electronic submissions are not permitted
• Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened
• Submission Deadline: 9 March 2026 at 12:00 PM

Bid Evaluation Process

• Technical bids will be opened on 9 March 2026 at 1:00 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives (attendance optional)
• Financial bids will be opened only for bidders who meet the technical evaluation criteria

Bid Validity

Bids shall remain valid for 120 days from the submission deadline.
