Project Description

ActionAid Rwanda invites national tenders for construction works of a Girls' Safe Room at Murundi TVET in Murundi Sector, Karongi District, Western Province.

Eligibility

Participation is open on equal conditions to all national companies or enterprises specialized in construction, with a valid trading license.

Tender Document Acquisition

The Tender Document may be obtained upon submission of a non-refundable fee of ten thousand Rwanda francs (10,000 RWF). The tender document will be available from 26 February 2026, one day after submission of the bank slip.

• Time: 10:00 AM
• Starting Point: Murundi Sector Office, Karongi District

Bid Submission Requirements

• Bids must be written in English language
• Properly bound and presented in 2 copies (1 original and 1 copy)
• Submitted in sealed envelopes
• Submitted to ActionAid Rwanda Head Office, Remera, Gasabo District
• Submission Deadline: Thursday, 12 March 2026 at 10:30 AM
• Late bids will be rejected

Bid Opening

The opening of bids will take place in a public session on Thursday, 12 March 2026 at 11:00 AM at the ActionAid Conference Room.

No construction company shall be awarded more than one construction tender at a time.
