Project Overview

ActionAid Rwanda invites national tenders for the construction of:

• Brick fence
• Six-door toilet block
• Student shower facility
• Play park

Eligibility

Participation is open on equal conditions to all national companies or enterprises specialized in construction with a valid trading license.

Tender Document Acquisition

The Tender Document may be obtained by submitting a non-refundable fee of 10,000 Rwanda Francs (RWF) deposited to ActionAid's account at Bank of Kigali. The tender document will be available from 26 February 2026, one day after submission of the bank slip.

Starting Location: G.S Bukiro, Murundi Sector, Karongi District

Bid Submission

Requirements:

• Written in English language
• Properly bound
• Submitted in 2 copies (1 original and 1 copy)
• Presented in sealed envelopes

Submission Location: ActionAid Rwanda Head Office, Remera, KG 178 ST, 5 Amahoro Village, RUKIRI II Cell, Remera Sector, Gasabo District (near Amahoro National Stadium, next to RSSB/CSS Building)

Submission Date and Time: Thursday, 12 March 2026 at 10:30 AM

Late bids will be rejected.

Bid Opening

Date and Time: Thursday, 12 March 2026 at 11:15 AM

Location: ActionAid Conference Room

The bid opening will be conducted in a public session.
