The Association of Rwandan Trauma Counsellors (ARCT-RUHUKA) invites qualified business companies and individual entrepreneurs to submit bids for the following services:

Scope of Services

• Conference and training hosting services (hotel services) across different operational districts
• Provision of food and beverages (outside catering) for meetings and training events

Tender Documents

Document Availability:

• Available from 17 February 2026 to 9 March 2026
• Location: ARCT-RUHUKA Head Office, Kibagabaga (KG 321 St), on the road to Kibagabaga Hospital, Kigali
• Document Fee: 50,000 Rwandan Francs (non-refundable)
• Payment must be made to the designated ARCT-RUHUKA account at I&M Bank
• Proof of payment is required to obtain documents

Submission Requirements

• Well-sealed envelopes containing all required original documents and copies
• Three copies of the tender document must be included
• Submission Deadline: 9 March 2026 at 10:00 a.m.
• Submission Location: ARCT-RUHUKA Secretariat, Kigali

Bid Opening

Date and Time: 9 March 2026 at 11:00 a.m.

Location: ARCT-RUHUKA Meeting Room, Kigali

The bid opening will be conducted publicly in the presence of bidders.

Eligibility

Interested bidders must meet required eligibility criteria and demonstrate the necessary capacity to deliver the requested services.
