Auction Conditions

• A refundable deposit of FRW 5,000,000 is mandatory to participate
• Payment methods: Bank transfer or certified cheque payable to SORVEPEX LTD
• The deposit must be paid no later than 26 March 2026 to receive a bidder number
• Unsuccessful bidders will receive a full refund of the deposit
• If the winning bidder fails to complete payment within three (3) days, the deposit will be forfeited

• The buyer is responsible for completing customs clearance with the Rwanda Revenue Authority (RRA) before collection
