Position Overview

We are seeking a Marketing Officer to support our expanding business. In this role, you will identify and engage potential clients, providing comprehensive support throughout their purchasing journey from initial inquiry through goods delivery to Kigali.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new clients for our logistics services
• Guide clients through the entire purchasing and transportation process
• Provide customer support from order placement until goods arrival in Kigali
• Build and maintain strong client relationships

Required Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer management skills
• Fluent in both English and French (speaking and writing)
• Logistics industry experience preferred
• Interest in or willingness to develop expertise in the logistics sector
