Project Overview

Project RW0144 Nyakagunga invites qualified service providers to submit bids for the following procurement:

Scope of Work

Supply of school uniforms and raincoats for 257 project beneficiaries

Bidding Requirements

• Interested bidders must obtain the bidding documents containing the tender conditions (DAO) from the EMLR Nyagasambu Parish office where the project is based
• Documents are available from March 17 to March 30, 2026, during regular working hours
• Non-refundable tender participation fee: 20,000 Rwandan Francs (RWF)
• Payment must be made to EMLR account at BPR Bank

Submission of Bids

• Bid documents must be submitted by email by March 31, 2026 at 9:00 AM
• Bids will be opened publicly at 10:00 AM on the same day at the Nyakagunga Project office
• No bids will be accepted after the deadline
