Tender Description

The Presbyterian Church of Rwanda is inviting interested and qualified individuals to participate in a tender to supply and deliver 20 dairy cows for beneficiaries of the RW0553 EPR Mulindi project.

Eligibility Requirements

Bidders must meet ALL of the following requirements:

• Submit a written request letter to the EPR Nyarubuye Parish leadership
• Provide a Proforma Invoice stating the price per cow and total cost
• Possess a Tax Identification Number (TIN) and VAT registration
• Hold a valid Certificate of Commerce (Registre de Commerce)
• Have no outstanding tax debts with the Rwanda Revenue Authority
• Have no outstanding debts with RSSB (Rwanda Social Security Board)
• Demonstrate previous experience successfully delivering livestock, with three (3) notarized references
• Provide a Bank Certificate confirming financial capacity to execute the tender
• Possess a RRA-approved billing receipt machine
• Provide a photocopy of company identification

Submission Instructions

Interested bidders must submit their tender applications by email.

Submission Period: February 25, 2026 to March 11, 2026 at 17:00 (5:00 PM)

Results Announcement: March 12, 2026 at 10:00 AM

The successful bidder will be notified in writing regarding the contract signing date.

Important Note

All late submissions will be rejected. Bidding timeline begins February 25, 2026 and closes March 11, 2026 at 17:00.
