Position Overview

Number of Positions: 1

Reporting to: Chief Inspection and Security Manager

Main Responsibilities

• Install CCTV cameras and related equipment
• Test systems to ensure all cameras are working correctly
• Regularly inspect CCTV equipment to ensure proper functioning
• Detect suspicious activities, theft, accidents, or security threats
• Immediately report unusual or suspicious activities to the Chief Inspection and Security Manager or management
• Prepare incident reports when events occur
• Ensure cameras are recording properly at all times
• Save and archive important video footage for investigations and future use
• Control cameras (zoom, rotate, or focus) when needed
• Operate monitoring screens, recording systems, and related equipment
• Check cameras, monitors, and recording devices regularly
• Assist the Security and Inspection department by providing information about incidents captured on cameras
• Track movements of people and vehicles at the workplace when needed
• Provide technical support when cameras stop working
• Recommend upgrades or improvements to the surveillance system

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields
• 3 years of working experience as a Camera Operator
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
