The Umurenge Savings and Credit Cooperatives (U-SACCOs), now consolidated into District SACCOs (D-SACCOs), play a pivotal role in creating inclusive financial systems across Rwanda.

Inganji SACCO Rubavu is a District Savings and Credit Cooperative (D-SACCO) established following the consolidation of 12 Umurenge Savings and Credit Cooperatives (USACCOs) operating within Rubavu District, in accordance with the Government of Rwanda SACCO consolidation framework and under the supervision of the National Bank of Rwanda (BNR).

Job Summary

The Branch Business Manager is a senior leadership role responsible for driving business growth, operational excellence, and high-quality service delivery within the branch. The Branch Business Manager leads the branch team to achieve strategic targets in membership growth, savings mobilization, loan portfolio performance, and overall financial performance. They ensure that all branch activities comply with SACCO policies, cooperative governance standards, and regulatory requirements, while promoting strong relationships with members and the local community.

Duties and Responsibilities

Under the supervision and guidance of the Head of Operations, the Branch Business Manager will:

• Collect information related to branch establishment and operations
