Eligibility

Participation is open and on equal conditions to all competent and reputable companies specialized in ICT-related and electrical equipment supply.

Submission Process

All tendering processes and bid submissions will be conducted through the WVR e-procurement system (Coupa). Hard copies will not be accepted.

Instructions for Bidders

1. Submit your company details through the Expression of Interest (EOI) form for Suppliers' Pre-Qualification.
2. EOI submission deadline: 16 March at 09:00 AM
3. Upon EOI submission, World Vision will send login credentials to access the WVR e-procurement system (Coupa).
4. Access the tender document and bidding instructions through the system.
5. Submit your bid exclusively via the WVR e-procurement system by the deadline specified in the system.
6. Contact World Vision for technical support if you experience challenges during the submission process.
