Sustainable Growers is a non-governmental organization (NGO) that specializes in innovative coffee cultivation training techniques for smallholder women coffee farmers, with the goal of increasing their visibility in the coffee supply chain. Supported by Bloomberg Philanthropies since its inception, the organization has transformed the lives of nearly 80,000 women farmers, creating a secondary impact on 320,000 family members. This work is carried out in partnership with the governments of Rwanda, the Democratic Republic of Congo, and Tanzania.

Project Overview

Sustainable Growers is seeking a qualified and reputable supplier to provide motor vehicle leasing services. The objective is to ensure personnel have access to reliable, well-maintained vehicles for field program operations across all provinces of Rwanda.

Tender Requirements

This tender seeks to secure an operating motor vehicle leasing framework agreement for a fleet of 4 vehicles for a period of 12 months. The vehicles should be modern, reliable, and suited to the operational needs across all provinces of Rwanda.

• Financial proposal with cost breakdown for monthly lease rentals, clearly outlining any additional fees or costs to be covered by Sustainable Growers Rwanda
