World Vision International, Rwanda invites expressions of interest from competent and reputable law firms specialized in the provision of legal services. Participation is open and available on equal conditions to all qualified companies in this field.

Submission Instructions

• All tendering processes and bid submissions must be completed online via the WVR e-procurement system (Coupa)
• Hard-copy submissions will not be accepted
• Interested bidders must express interest through the provided link no later than 16 March 2026 at 5:00 PM
• An email will be sent to all bidders who expressed interest, granting access to the tender documents on the date indicated in the e-procurement system (Coupa)
• Bids must be submitted exclusively via the WVR e-procurement system by the deadline communicated in Coupa
