Bid Requirements

• Each bid must be accompanied by Bid Security of 200,000 RWF per lot
• Bid Security must be issued by a recognized bank or insurance company and duly signed and sealed
• Bid Security validity: thirty days after the bid validity period

Bid Submission

• Format: Well-printed, properly bound in 3 copies (one original)
• Deadline: March 27, 2026 at 2:00 PM local time
• Submission Address: King Faisal Hospital Rwanda Procurement Department
• Note: Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened

Bid Opening

Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives at King Faisal Hospital Rwanda.
