Overview

King Faisal Hospital Rwanda invites eligible bidders to submit bids for the provision of cleaning services to King Faisal Hospital Rwanda and Kacyiru Executive Apartment. The Client intends to fund this contract through its ordinary budget.

Tender Document Procurement

Tender documents in English may be obtained from the King Faisal Hospital Rwanda Procurement Department:

• Hours: 08:30 to 16:30 (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays and weekends)
• Non-refundable fee: 10,000 RWF
• Payment required to ECOBANK account in the name of King Faisal Hospital, Rwanda
• Proof of payment must be presented

Bid Requirements

• Bid Security: 200,000 RWF duly signed and sealed by a recognized Bank or Insurance Company guarantor
• Bid security validity: Must remain valid until thirty days after the bid validity period
• Bid submission: 3 copies (one original), well printed and properly bound
