Scope of Work

ARCT-RUHUKA invites qualified business companies and individual entrepreneurs to submit bids for the following services:

• Tailoring of various garments (t-shirts, long-sleeved shirts, short-sleeved shirts, caps)
• Printing on garments
• Production of flags, banners, and pull-ups with printing
• Design, book, and card printing
• Other visibility and awareness materials

Eligibility Requirements

Interested bidders must meet all required eligibility criteria and demonstrate the necessary capacity to execute the work.

Tender Document Access

Document Availability Period: 17 February 2026 to 9 March 2026

Location: ARCT-RUHUKA Secretariat, Head Office at Kibagabaga, on the road to Kibagabaga Hospital (KG 321 St)

Document Fee: 50,000 Rwandan Francs (non-refundable)

Proof of payment must be presented when obtaining tender documents.

Deadline: 9 March 2026 at 10:00 a.m.

Sealed envelopes must contain all required original documents, copies, and three copies of the tender document.
