Tender Scope

World Vision International—Rwanda office invites competent and reputable companies specialized in the supply of medical equipment to participate in this competitive tender for the supply of length/height boards for babies and children.

Participation is open on equal conditions to all companies specialized in this field.

Submission Instructions

All tendering processes and bid submissions will be conducted online through the WVR e-procurement system (Coupa). Hard copies will not be accepted.

• Deadline for expression of interest: 06/03/2026 at 09:30 am
• Following expression of interest submission, World Vision will send credentials to access the WVR e-Procurement system where you can access the tender document, bidding instructions, and Terms of Reference
• Submit bids only via WVR e-procurement by the deadline provided in the system
