Tender Title: Supply of Agricultural Materials

Invitation to Bid

World Vision International - Rwanda office invites all competent and reputable companies specialized in the supply of agricultural materials to participate in this competitive tender. Participation is open on equal conditions to all qualified companies in this field.

Bidding Instructions

All tendering processes and bid submissions will be conducted through the online WVR e-procurement system (Coupa). Hard copies will not be accepted.

• Complete all requested details as part of your expression of interest
• Expression of interest deadline: 16 March 2026 at 09:00 AM
• Following expression of interest submission, World Vision will send all suppliers, companies, and firms access credentials to the WVR e-Procurement system (Coupa)
• The system will provide the tender document with bidding instructions and Terms of Reference (ToR) for proposal completion
• Bids must be submitted only via WVR e-procurement by the deadline specified in the system
• Technical support for expression of interest and bid submission is available upon request
