Tender documents in English may be obtained during working hours from the Head Office of Gabiro Agribusiness Hub Ltd. A non-refundable fee of Ten Thousand Rwandan Francs (10,000 RWF) is required upon presentation of proof of payment. Payment should be made to GABIRO HUB REVENUE account at Bank of Kigali (BK).

Submission Requirements

Well-printed bids must include both technical and financial proposals, properly bound and presented in two copies (one original and one copy). Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes to the Procurement Office of GAH Ltd at GAH Ltd Demo Farm & Dairy, Karushuga, Rwimiyaga, Nyagatare.

• Electronic Bidding: Not permitted
• Late Bids: Will be rejected and returned unopened

Bid Security

All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of Eight Million Eight Hundred Thousand Rwandan Francs (8,800,000 RWF) or its equivalent in a freely convertible currency.

Site Visit

A compulsory site visit is scheduled for 09 April 2026. The departure will be from GAH Ltd at 11:30 AM and will be conducted by staff nominated by GAH Ltd.

Bid Validity and Opening

• Bid Validity Period: 120 days from the bid submission deadline
• Bid Opening: Bids will be opened physically in the presence of bidders or their duly authorized representatives
