About Sustainable Growers

Sustainable Growers is a non-governmental organization (NGO) that specializes in innovative coffee cultivation training techniques for smallholder women coffee farmers, with the goal of increasing their visibility in the coffee supply chain. The organization's work, supported since its inception through strategic partnerships, has transformed the lives of 86,507 women farmers, creating a secondary impact on 315,901 family members across Rwanda, the Democratic Republic of Congo, and Tanzania.

Scope of Work

Sustainable Growers seeks qualified companies to provide conference facilities and hotel accommodation services under a framework agreement.

Required Technical and Financial Documents

• Detailed technical specifications
• Financial proposal
• Quality assurance measures
• Detailed cost breakdown

Required Administrative Documents

• Copy of certificate of incorporation from Rwanda Development Board (RDB) indicating company shareholders
• Valid tax clearance certificate from Rwanda Revenue Authority (RRA)
• Valid social security clearance certificate from Rwanda Social Security Board (RSSB)
• Confirmation that the bidder has an Electronic Billing Machine (EBM)
• Company profile summary and any standard certifications

Bidder Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience
• At least three (3) original or notarized references from previous clients
• Demonstrated compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
• Knowledge of local regulations related to hospitality services
