How to Obtain Terms of Reference

Detailed Terms of Reference (ToRs) may be obtained from the AMIR Secretariat during working days and hours, or by requesting them via email, starting 26th February 2026.

The ToRs will be provided upon presentation of proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of Twenty Thousand Rwandan Francs (RWF 20,000) to the AMIR account at Bank of Kigali:
