About the Organization

The Association of Rwandan Trauma Counsellors (ARCT-RUHUKA) is inviting interested business companies and individual entrepreneurs to submit competitive bids for vehicle maintenance and repair services.

Eligibility

Bidders must meet the required eligibility criteria and demonstrate the necessary capacity to perform the required services.

Tender Documents

Availability Period: 17 February 2026 to 9 March 2026

Location: ARCT-RUHUKA Secretariat, Head Office at Kibagabaga (KG 321 St), on the road to Kibagabaga Hospital

Document Fee: Fifty thousand Rwandan Francs (50,000 FRW) — non-refundable

Payment must be deposited to the designated account at I&M Bank, and proof of payment must be presented when obtaining the documents.

Bid Submission

Deadline: 9 March 2026 at 10:00 a.m.

Submission Location: ARCT-RUHUKA Secretariat

Bids must be submitted in well-sealed envelopes containing all required original documents, copies, and three copies of the tender document.

Bid Opening

Date and Time: 9 March 2026 at 11:00 a.m.

Location: ARCT-RUHUKA meeting room, Kigali

The bid opening will be conducted publicly in the presence of bidders.
