Overview

SOS Children's Villages Rwanda invites sealed bids from eligible bidders specialized in design, branding, and printing to submit offers for an annual framework agreement for the provision of promotional materials at SOS Children's Villages Rwanda and its facilities.

Eligibility Requirements

• Companies or enterprises specialized in design, branding, and printing
• Must be registered in the Republic of Rwanda
• Must not be on the blacklist of any recognized national or international institution
• Participation is open on equal conditions to all eligible companies

Tender Composition

The tender is composed of one indivisible lot.

Tender Document Acquisition

Tender documents may be obtained by submitting a request with proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of RWF 10,000 (Ten Thousand Rwandan Francs) paid to the SOS Children's Villages Rwanda account held at BPR.

Submission Deadline

Well-presented and properly organized bids must be submitted not later than March 5, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. local time. Late bids will be rejected.
