World Vision is a child-focused Christian humanitarian organization implementing development programmes across 30 districts of Rwanda. Our strategic interventions for 2026-2030 aim to reach 2.5 million of the most vulnerable children through programming in Resilience and Livelihoods, WASH and Health, Child Protection, and Education.

Invitation to Tender

World Vision International Rwanda invites all competent and reputable companies and suppliers specialized in construction works to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for the following tender lots.

Tender Lots

• Lot 1: Construction of six classrooms at GS Kagombyi in Kivu Cluster, Isonga AP, Karongi District
• Lot 2: Construction of two blocks of school latrines at GS Murunda and EP Mucaca, Tunga Cluster
• Lot 3: Construction of kitchen at Simbi Health Center, Simbi AP, Ishema Cluster, Huye District
• Lot 4: Construction of kitchen at Gishubi Health Center, Gisagara AP, Ishema Cluster, Gisagara District

Eligibility

Participation in this competition is open and on equal conditions to all companies specialized in construction works.

Instructions to Bidders

• All tendering processes and bid submissions must be completed online via the WVR e-procurement system (Coupa). Hard-copy submissions will not be accepted.
• Interested bidders must express interest through the provided link no later than 25 February 2026 at 5:00 PM
• An email will be sent to all bidders who expressed interest, granting access to the tender documents on the date indicated in the e-procurement system (Coupa)
• Bids must be submitted exclusively via the WVR e-procurement system by the deadline communicated in Coupa
• No company will be awarded more than two lots
