About This Tender

FXB Rwanda invites qualified companies and individuals to submit bid documents for conducting a mid-term assessment of the FXBVillage Mageragere Project.

Tender Document Access

Tender documents are available at the FXB Rwanda Coordination Office in Ruyenzi.

• Availability period: Wednesday, February 11 through Wednesday, February 18
• Office hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (working days only)
• Document fee: 10,000 RWF
• Payment method: Bank transfer to Francois Xavier Bagnoud account at I&M Bank
• Electronic copies provided upon presentation of bank slip confirmation

Submission Location and Deadline

Sealed bid envelopes must be submitted to:

• Primary location: FXB Rwanda Coordination Office, Kamonyi District, Runda Sector, Ruyenzi Cell
• Alternative locations: FXB Rwanda sub-offices in other districts
• Deadline: Monday, February 23 at 4:00 PM local time
• Format: Physical sealed envelope only (electronic submissions not accepted)

Required Information and Documents

All bid documents must include:

• All information requested in the tender document
• All required supporting documents
• Applicant's email address (mandatory for receiving feedback)

Important Guidelines

• Bidders may apply for only ONE lot. Bids for multiple lots will result in automatic rejection
• Clearly specify which lot you are applying for in your request letter
• Local suppliers operating in the specified districts are strongly encouraged to apply
• Applicants without a valid email address will not receive feedback on their application
