Overview

ICPAR invites eligible bidders to submit bids for the supply and installation of an Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) equipment for the ICPAR office. Detailed requirements are provided in the Statement of Requirements.

Bidding Requirements

• Tender document is available in English on the ICPAR website
• Non-refundable tender document fee: Twenty-Five Thousand Rwandan Francs (FRW 25,000)
• All bids must be accompanied by bid security equivalent to One Million Rwandan Francs (FRW 1,000,000)

Submission Guidelines

• Bids must be well printed, properly bound, and submitted in 3 copies (one original)
• Outer envelope must clearly indicate the tender name and title
• Submission deadline: 24th April 2026 at 10:00 AM (local time)
• Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened
• Bids should be delivered to the ICPAR reception at Kamutwa, Kacyiru, Kigali

Bid Opening

Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives on 24th April 2026 at 10:30 AM (local time) at ICPAR Offices.
