About KT Rwanda Networks Ltd (KTRN)

KT Rwanda Networks Ltd is a 4G LTE infrastructure company in Rwanda, jointly invested by the Government of Rwanda and Korea Telecom (KT). The company is dedicated to the wholesale provision of universal mobile broadband network services using 4G LTE technology. KTRN also provides wholesale fixed services based on its nationwide fiber infrastructure to licensed operators in Rwanda. These services promote healthy competition for advanced retail solutions and support Rwanda's transformation into the ICT hub of East Africa.

Scope of Work

KTRN is seeking qualified companies to supply firewalls. Participation in this tender is open on equal conditions to all qualified companies in the field.

Required Bid Documentation

Qualified bidders must include the following documents and information in their bids:

• Completed bid submission form and price schedules, properly organized
• Detailed company profile
• Relevant trade license
• Proven experience with similar projects
• Data sheets for the proposed products
• Three references for similar work completed
• Prices inclusive of all taxes, labor charges, local taxes, and transportation
• Separate financial and technical proposals

Bid Submission Requirements

Well-prepared and properly bound bids must not exceed 10 megabytes (10MB) in file size. Bids must be submitted to KT Rwanda Networks Ltd no later than 20th March 2026 at 4:00 PM Rwandan Time. Late submissions will be rejected.
