Recruitment of Consultancy Firm to Develop Rwanda Polytechnic Master Plan

About the Assignment

Expertise France invites qualified and experienced consulting firms to submit proposals for the development of the Rwanda Polytechnic (RP) Master Plan. The Master Plan will serve as a strategic framework to guide the institution's physical development and long-term growth over the next 20 years.

Scope of Work

The assignment will cover all constituent colleges of Rwanda Polytechnic, including their respective campuses, as well as the Rwanda Polytechnic Head Office.

The entities included are:

• Rwanda Polytechnic Head Office
• RP Kigali College – Main campus located in Kicukiro District, City of Kigali, and Rutongo Campus located in Rulindo District, Northern Province
• RP Musanze College – Musanze District, Northern Province
• RP Tumba College – Rulindo District, Northern Province
• RP Karongi College – Karongi District, Western Province
• RP Huye College – Huye District, Southern Province
• RP Ngoma College – Ngoma District, Eastern Province
• RP Kitabi College – Main campus in Nyamagabe District, Southern Province, and Rusizi Campus in Rusizi District, Western Province
• RP Gishari College – Rwamagana District, Eastern Province

Strategic Pillars

The scope of work is structured into three main components and will address the following six strategic pillars:

• Academic programs
• Human resources development
• Research and innovation systems
• Infrastructure, space planning, and land use
• Environmental and social management framework
• Gender equality and inclusiveness
