Position Overview

To achieve its mandate and become the leading health commodities supply chain agency in Rwanda and beyond, RMS is committed to ensuring timely access to quality medical products through an enhanced, sustainable, and efficient supply chain system.

Primary Responsibilities

• Conduct the tendering process from tender document preparation through to contract signature
• Request performance guarantees and follow up on their provision
• Monitor placed purchase orders to ensure timely delivery
• Report on procurement plan execution
• Report on pipeline status
• Process purchase orders
• Perform any other relevant duties assigned by manager

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
