Marketing and Strategy Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement cohesive multi-channel marketing strategies aligned with long-term growth targets
• Conduct in-depth research into industry trends and competitor movements to maintain competitive advantage
• Manage marketing budgets and optimize performance metrics including ROI, CAC, and conversion rates
• Create and lead specialist sales teams or manage external agency partners to deliver integrated campaigns
• Ensure consistent brand voice across all platforms—from social media to whitepapers
• Identify new market opportunities and analyze customer behaviors and emerging trends

Required Experience & Qualifications

• 4–7+ years in a strategic marketing role with a proven track record of scaling brands (verifiable)
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business; MBA or PMP certification highly preferred
• Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems (HubSpot/Salesforce), and data visualization
• Expertise in SEO/SEM, performance marketing, and social media strategy
• Fluency in English and Rwandan
