Procurement Notice

The Free Methodist Church in Rwanda (EMLR) Nzige Parish invites qualified suppliers to bid for the supply of:

260 blankets for vulnerable individuals

How to Obtain Tender Documents

Interested bidders must obtain tender documents containing bidding conditions (DAO) from the EMLR Nzige Parish Office from March 9 to March 23, 2026, during normal working hours. A non-refundable tender document fee of 20,000 Rwandan Francs (RWF) must be paid to EMLR Nzige Parish Account at Kigali Bank (BK).

Submission of Bids

Tender documents must be submitted only by email no later than March 23, 2026 at 9:00 AM (09h00). Bids will be opened publicly at 10:00 AM (10h00) on the same day at the Project RW0195 EMLR Nzige office. No bids will be accepted after the specified deadline.
