Location: DAI Global UK offices, MAG House, KG 220 St, Gishushu, Kigali (building adjacent to Congo Brazzaville Embassy, near RDB headquarters)

Auction Process

CYAMUNARA RWANDA will conduct this auction using a sealed-bid auction format.

• Sealed bid envelopes must be submitted to the auction office by March 17, 2026 at 11:00 PM
• The successful bidder will be notified by telephone and email the following day
• Payment of 100% of the bid amount is required, with asset collection deadline of March 19, 2026 at 11:00 PM
• Laptops will be collected on March 26, 2026
• If the successful bidder fails to pay the full amount within the specified timeframe, ownership rights transfer to the next highest bidder
