Position Overview

The Human Resources Associate will play an instrumental role in supporting the Human Resources Manager as a key person in the recruitment, training, HR operations, and performance review management processes as required by the company.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment

• Support the Human Resources Manager in managing the candidate recruitment life cycle for all roles while ensuring good candidate experience throughout the process
• Support in developing and managing recruitment materials, such as job descriptions and job advertisements
• Develop and maintain the recruitment database and documentation

Onboarding

• Develop onboarding plans for new hires and assist in the execution of onboarding plans

Training and Employee Development

• Support the HR Manager in identifying training and professional development needs for employees
• Coordinate employee training and development sessions, including scheduling training sessions and tracking employee training records onsite
• Evaluate the impact of training initiatives
