Expression of Interest – Supply of Seeds and Seedlings

World Vision is a child-focused Christian humanitarian organization implementing development programmes across 30 Districts of Rwanda. Our interventions in the strategic period of 2026-2030 seek to reach 2.5 million of the most vulnerable children through programming in Resilience and Livelihoods, WASH and Health, Child Protection, and Education.

Invitation to Bid

World Vision International Rwanda invites all competent and reputable companies and suppliers specialized in seeds and seedlings to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for the tender lots indicated below.

Tender Lots

• Lot 1: Fruits and Agro-Forest Seedlings
• Lot 2: Fruits and Agro-Forest Seeds

Contract Details

The contract will be performed on a framework basis for one (1) year, renewable upon supplier performance and availability of funds. Participation is open on equal conditions to all companies specialized in this field.

Instructions for Bidders

• All tendering processes and bid submissions will be conducted through WVR e-procurement (Coupa). Hard copies will not be accepted.
• Interested bidders must express interest through the e-procurement system no later than 04/03/2026 at 5:00 PM.
• An email will be sent to all service providers who express interest, providing access to the Terms of References with a date to be indicated in the e-procurement system (Coupa).
• Bids must be submitted only via WVR e-procurement by the deadline indicated in the system.
