Position Overview

We are recruiting a qualified Warehouse Officer to support our mandate of providing timely access to quality medical products through an enhanced, sustainable, and efficient supply chain system.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Public Health, Laboratory Sciences, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a related health field
• Basic SAP/ERP skills

Key Responsibilities

• Process and validate orders from health facilities
• Collaborate with clients on stock availability and distribution
• Pick, verify, and dispatch orders
• Manage invoicing and returned goods
• Monitor stock levels and report on stock status
• Maintain storage conditions and cleanliness
• Support health facilities on system usage
• Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor
