## Title: Endline Evaluation Consultant – MUB Project (Disability Rights & Inclusive Services)

Evaluation Summary

Type of Study: Endline survey with development of two reports: an endline report and a recommendation report on lobby and advocacy for Organizations of People with Disabilities (OPDs).

Content Scope

The evaluation will cover all three project outcomes:

  • OPD capacity strengthening for advocacy
  • Improved disability-inclusive services in health centers and TVET institutions
  • Enhanced engagement of duty-bearers

The assessment will examine both process and results, including relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, impact, and sustainability of interventions. The advocacy documentation will focus specifically on lobby and advocacy activities co-developed with OPDs.

Project Objectives

Overall Objective: To promote the rights of persons with disabilities, leading to their active citizenship, self-reliance, and independence, working with Organizations of People with Disabilities (OPDs).

Specific Objective: Improved equality, inclusion, and respect for persons with disabilities, including women and youth, in the spheres of public and private life.

Project Outcomes

  • OPDs increased engagement opportunities to collaborate, participate, and consult in the policy decision-making process to promote and defend the rights of persons with disabilities
  • Women and girls with disabilities are empowered to access health services, communicate, and self-advocate for their sexual and reproductive health and rights
  • Youth with disabilities have improved access to inclusive vocational training and employment opportunities
