Eligibility

World Vision International – Rwanda invites all competent and reputable companies specialized in household, shelter, and relief supplies to participate. Participation is open and on equal conditions to all qualifying companies.

Submission Instructions

1. All tendering processes and bid submissions must be completed through WVR e-procurement (Coupa). Hard copies will not be accepted.
2. Interested bidders must submit their details via the Expression of Interest (EOI) link provided by World Vision Rwanda.
3. EOI Deadline: 16 March 2026 at 09:00 AM
4. Following EOI submission, World Vision will send email access credentials to all interested bidders to the WVR e-procurement system (Coupa), where tender documents and bidding instructions will be available.
5. All bids must be submitted exclusively through WVR e-procurement by the deadline specified in the system.
6. For technical support during the Expression of Interest and bid submission process, bidders may request assistance from World Vision Rwanda.
