Eligibility

World Vision International - Rwanda invites all competent and reputable companies specialized in furniture and fittings to participate. Participation is open and available on equal conditions to all qualified companies.

Submission Instructions

• All tendering processes and bid submissions must be completed through the WVR e-procurement system (Coupa) online. Hard copies will not be accepted.
• Interested bidders must submit their details via the Expression of Interest (EOI) portal. The deadline to express interest is 16 March 2026 at 09:00 AM.
• After EOI submission, World Vision will send bidders access credentials to the WVR e-procurement system (Coupa), where the full tender document and bidding instructions will be available.
• Bids must be submitted exclusively through the WVR e-procurement system by the deadline specified in the system.
• Bidders experiencing technical difficulties may request support during the submission process.
