Submission Instructions
- All tendering processes and bid submissions must be completed online via the WVR e-procurement system (Coupa)
- Hard-copy submissions will not be accepted
- Interested bidders must express interest through the provided link no later than 16 March 2026 at 5:00 PM
- An email will be sent to all bidders who expressed interest, granting access to the tender documents on the date indicated in the e-procurement system (Coupa)
- Bids must be submitted exclusively via the WVR e-procurement system by the deadline communicated in Coupa
