Tender Documents

Tender documents in English are available from the King Faisal Hospital Procurement Department, Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:00 hours (excluding public holidays). A non-refundable fee of 10,000 Rwf is required to obtain documents. Payment should be made to King Faisal Hospital's account at ECOBANK.

Bid Requirements

• Bid security of 1,500,000 Rwf is required, duly signed and sealed by a recognized bank or insurance company
• Bid security must remain valid until thirty days after the bid validity period
• Bids must be well-printed, properly bound, and submitted in 3 copies (one original)

Submission Deadline

Bids must be received at King Faisal Hospital, Gasabo District, Kigali City, P.O. Box 2534 no later than 2:00 pm on March 16th, 2026. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened.

Bid Opening

Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at King Faisal Hospital, Kigali.
