Tender Overview

SOS Children's Villages Rwanda invites sealed proposals from eligible consulting firms specialized in baseline studies. This tender comprises two separate projects:

• Baseline Study for FS-TUBEHONEZA Project in SOS Byumba Location (Reference: 003/SOS-CV/NCB/CS/2026)
• Baseline Study for Rwanda Teenage Pregnancies Project – IZERE Project (Reference: 004/SOS-CV/NCB/CS/2026)

Eligibility Requirements

• Consulting firms specialized in baseline studies
• Must be registered with Rwanda Development Board
• Must not appear on any blacklist of recognized national, regional, or international institutions

Submission Requirements

Bidders may submit proposals for one or both advertised tenders, depending on their technical capacity.

Each tender submission must include:

• One technical proposal
• One financial proposal
• Both proposals combined in a single PDF document per tender
• Email subject line indicating the project name (FS-TUBEHONEZA Project or IZERE Project)
• Submission deadline: same day for all proposals

Terms of Reference and Documentation

Interested bidders must submit a request to obtain the Terms of References and other requirements. A non-refundable fee of 10,000 RWF is required for access to the ToRs. Payment should be made to the SOS Children's Villages Rwanda account at BPR.
