Sustainable Growers Rwanda is a non-governmental organization (NGO) specializing in innovative coffee cultivation training techniques for smallholder women coffee farmers. The organization aims to increase farmer visibility in the coffee supply chain. Through partnerships with Bloomberg Philanthropies and the governments of Rwanda, the Democratic Republic of Congo, and Tanzania, Sustainable Growers has positively impacted 86,507 women farmers and 315,901 family members.

Scope of Work

Sustainable Growers Rwanda invites qualified companies to supply office and cleaning supplies under a framework agreement.

Technical Requirements

Bidders must submit the following technical documents:

• Detailed technical specifications
• Price schedule and delivery timeframe
• Quality certifications (where applicable)
• Manufacturer's authorization (where applicable)
• Warranty terms and conditions
• After-sales service provisions
• Quality assurance measures

Administrative Requirements

Bidders must provide the following administrative documents:

• Copy of certificate of incorporation from Rwanda Development Board (RDB) indicating company shareholders
• Valid tax clearance certificate from Rwanda Revenue Authority (RRA)
• Valid Social Security clearance certificate from RSSB (Rwanda Social Security Board)
• Minimum three (3) years of business experience with at least three (3) original or notarized references
• Confirmation of Electronic Billing Machine (EBM) registration

Pricing Requirements

All prices must be provided in Rwandan Francs (RWF) with a detailed price breakdown that includes all applicable taxes and costs.
