Overview

King Faisal Hospital Rwanda (KFHR), funded by its ordinary budget, invites eligible bidders to submit bids for the supply of drugs, medical consumables, cosmetics, and parapharmacy items. The hospital intends to apply a portion of allocated funds to eligible payments under this contract.

• Drugs acting on the respiratory system
• Drugs for obstetrics, gynecology, and urinary tract disorders
• Wound management products
• DVT consumables
• OBS and GYN consumables
• Orthopedic consumables
• Plastic surgery consumables
• Theatre consumables
• Hygiene and cosmetics
• IR and cath lab consumables
• GI consumables
• Miscellaneous medication
• Miscellaneous consumables
• Cardiac surgery consumables
• Perfusion consumables

How to Obtain Tender Documents

Tender documents may be obtained from the King Faisal Hospital Procurement Department:

• Hours: 08:30 to 16:30 hours
• Days: Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays and weekends)
• Fee: 10,000 RWF (non-refundable)
• Payment: Payment proof required upon presentation

Bid Requirements

All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security, duly signed and sealed by the guarantor (recognized Bank or Insurance). The bid security shall remain valid until thirty days after the bid validity period.
