Tender Overview

Partners In Health / Inshuti Mu Buzima is seeking proposals from domestic qualified and authorized companies for the supply, delivery, and commissioning of medical equipment to strengthen Maternal, Newborn, Child, and Adolescent Health (MNCAH) services in health centers across Burera District.

Eligibility Requirements

Interested bidders must meet the following criteria:

Bidder Ineligibility Criteria

Bidders will be considered ineligible if they:

• Are suspended or blacklisted by PIH-IMB or OnePIH, or have blacklisted or revoked licenses from the Rwanda Public Procurement Authority or other relevant regulatory bodies
• Have ongoing contracts with PIH-IMB demonstrating poor performance
• Are company owners employed by PIH or OnePIH within the past five years, unless PIH specifically seeks their expertise for consultancy services based on proven specialized knowledge
• Own, operate, or exercise controlling shareholding in more than one company and submit multiple bids under this tender
• Submit bids as related or affiliated entities under the same beneficial ownership, which constitutes a breach of tender participation rules
