The organization has transformed the lives of 86,507 women farmers, creating a secondary impact on 315,901 family members across Rwanda, the Democratic Republic of Congo, and Tanzania.

Scope of Work

Sustainable Growers is seeking qualified companies to provide Travel Agency Services under a framework agreement.

Administrative Requirements

• Copy of certificate of incorporation from RDB indicating company shareholders
• Valid tax clearance certificate from Rwanda Revenue Authority (RRA)
• Valid Social Security clearance certificate from RSSB
• Minimum five years of experience in travel agency services
• At least three original or notarized references
• Confirmation of Electronic Billing Machine (EBM) registration
• Company profile summary and any standard certifications
• Compliance confirmation with health, safety, and local and international regulations related to travel agency services

• Detailed breakdown of prices in both USD and Rwandan Francs (RWF)
