Overview

FXB Rwanda invites interested and qualified companies and individuals to submit bid documents for prequalification as suppliers of goods and services. Prequalification will be based solely on the submission of complete documentation as outlined in the tender document.

Tender Document Availability

The tender document is available at the FXB Rwanda Coordination Office located in Ruyenzi.

Document Collection Period: Friday, February 13 through Friday, February 20

Office Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (weekdays only)

Cost: 10,000 RWF (payable to FXB Rwanda account at I&M Bank)

Upon presentation of the bank payment slip, the tender document will be shared electronically.

Goods and services will be supplied across the following FXB Rwanda offices:

• Coordination Office – Ruyenzi
• Kimihurura Office
• Nyaruguru Office
• Rwamagana Office
• Huye Office
• Musanze Office
• Kirehe Office

Bidders must specify which office location they are bidding for in their submission.

Submission Requirements

Bidders must carefully review the tender document and provide all requested information with supporting documentation. Bid documents must be submitted in a sealed envelope to the FXB Rwanda Coordination Office in Kamonyi District, Runda Sector, Ruyenzi cell, or to any of the sub-offices listed above.
