Project Overview

ActionAid Rwanda invites national tenders for the construction of nine (09) classrooms across three educational institutions in Muyira Sector, Nyanza District, Southern Province:

• Three (03) classrooms at Ecole Primaire Kanyundo
• Three (03) classrooms at Groupe Scolaire Nyamule
• Three (03) classrooms at Ecole Primaire Nyabusunzu

Eligibility

Participation is open on equal conditions to all national companies and enterprises specialized in construction with a valid trading license.

Tender Document Acquisition

The tender document may be obtained upon submission of a non-refundable fee of ten thousand Rwanda francs (10,000 RWF) deposited to ActionAid's account at Bank of Kigali. The tender document will be available one day after submission of the bank slip.

Bid Submission

Requirements:

• Bids must be written in English
• Properly bound and presented in 2 copies (1 original and 1 copy)
• Sealed envelopes

Submission Location: ActionAid Rwanda Head offices, Remera, KG 178 ST, 5 Amahoro Village, RUKIRI II Cell, Remera Sector, Gasabo District (near Amahoro National Stadium, next to RSSB/CSS Building)
