We have recently been selected by GIZ to establish a training center at Rwanda Polytechnic (RP)-Huye College for the training and upskilling of metalworkers in Rwanda.

Position Details

About the Role

We are seeking Technical Trainers to lead comprehensive metalworking training programs at Rwanda Polytechnic-Huye College. Following curriculum adaptation workshops held in January 2026, we have determined that three technical trainers are needed to ensure optimal coverage of both theory and practical content, provide mutual coverage during absences, and supervise hands-on workshop activities.

All trainers will share equal hourly responsibilities across cohorts of 25 trainees each.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver training modules in both theoretical and practical sessions
• Ensure balanced workload distribution across the training team
• Maintain consistent delivery quality and high supervision standards
• Provide coverage during colleague absences or illness
• Supervise practical activities in the workshop
• Support trainees in achieving learning objectives
